We provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax support, trademark support and corporate compliance services for clients in the United States and India. The exact scope, fees, deliverables and timelines for your work are set out in a written proposal or engagement letter. If anything in that document differs from these terms, the engagement letter applies.
2. What we do not do
- We are not a CPA firm and do not provide audit, review or other attest services.
- We do not sign US tax returns or represent clients before the IRS. Your CPA or enrolled agent reviews, signs and files your US returns.
- Trademark and patent filings and hearings in India are handled through a registered trademark agent, patent agent or advocate.
3. Website content is general information
Articles, deadlines and other content on this website are general information, not legal, tax or investment advice for your situation. Laws and deadlines change; please speak to us before acting on them.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us complete, accurate and timely information and documents
- Review and approve the work we prepare before it is filed or relied on
- Make your own business, tax and investment decisions
- Give us access through accountant invites or secure links, not by sharing your passwords
5. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in your quote or engagement letter. US clients are invoiced in USD and Indian clients in INR. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them. We may pause work while invoices are overdue. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where you agree otherwise or the law requires disclosure. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design and logo on this website belong to FinTaxolite. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Wave, Tally and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide, delays in receiving information from you, or decisions made by tax and government authorities.
